Lo scritto mette in evidenza che si danno alcune “macroverità” coinvolgenti l’intera Costituzione, riportabili alla sua vocazione antiautoritaria cui quindi si accompagnano numerose “microverità”, fatte oggetto di varie ricostruzioni, così come varie sono le interpretazioni degli enunciati costituzionali che vi danno voce. Si sofferma quindi sulle risorse utilmente spendibili allo scopo di far luogo ad una efficace reductio ad unum e stabilizzazione delle interpretazioni suddette.

The paper highlights that there are certain ‘macro-truths’ affecting the Constitution as a whole, which can be traced back to its anti-authoritarian ethos; these are accompanied by numerous ‘micro-truths’, which have been the subject of various reconstructions, just as there are various interpretations of the constitutional provisions that give voice to them. It then focuses on the resources that can be usefully deployed to bring about an effective reductio ad unum and stabilisation of the aforementioned interpretations.
