Stato, Nazione, Popolo e Comunità. Temi che sono centrali nel dibattitto attuale sulla crisi identitaria che investe l’istituzione Europa nei suoi significati più profondi. Ma davvero oggi è solo possibile scorgere “il cielo chiuso dell’Europa” e non invece operare per  “un offrirsi di ciascuna tradizione come risorsa per liberarsi anziché un attestarsi su posizioni dogmatiche ed esclusive”. Un Demos europeo è ancora impensabile? In tal senso, le elezioni europee del maggio scorso hanno tra le altre cose sancito una verità ossia il quasi totale disinteresse da parte dell’opinione pubblica italiana ed europea per le tematiche inerenti le cose dell’Unione.Per questo motivo torna di attualità la vecchia quaestio. Autonomia versus indivisibilità. La comunità politica in cerca della volontà, direbbe GerhartHusserl, tenta altre strade. Il tema del Regionalismo differenziato, va in questa direzione, con tutti i risvolti inerenti alla cornice della questione democratica, sempre più al centro del dibattito soprattutto per quanto riguarda l’agenda politica e sociale del nostro Paese e dell’Europa.
