Il presente lavoro analizza condizioni, forme e modi dell’apporto scientifico alla razionalità della decisione politica e, così, alla produzione degli atti giuridici e normativi, in particolare considerandosi anche le problematiche che, in riferimento a tale relazione, si sono rese manifeste nell’esperienza recente dell’emergenza sanitaria.

The work analyses the conditions, forms and ways of scientific contribution to the rationality of political decision-making and, thus, to the production of legal and normative acts, about the problems that, in reference to this relationship, have become evident in the recent experience of the health emergency.
