Lo scritto argomenta la necessità della previsione dell’obbligo generalizzato di vaccinazione al fine di far fronte nel modo più efficace alla pandemia da Covid-19, rinvenendone il fondamento nel dovere di solidarietà, nel suo fare tutt’uno con quello di fedeltà alla Repubblica e, in genere, con i valori fondamentali dell’ordinamento. Si sofferma, quindi, specificamente sulla eventuale introduzione del carattere obbligatorio della vaccinazione con disciplina adottata in seno alla Comunità internazionale o da parte dell’Unione europea, nonché sui vincoli discendenti a carico degli Stati maggiormente dotati di risorse nei riguardi di quelli più bisognosi.

The paper argues for the need to provide for the generalized obligation of vaccination in order to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic in the most effective way, finding its foundation in the duty of solidarity, in its being one with that of loyalty to the Republic and , in general, with the fundamental values ​​of the legal system. It therefore specifically focuses on the possible introduction of the mandatory nature of vaccination with regulations adopted within the international community or by the European Union, as well as on the descending constraints on the states with the most resources towards those most in need.
