Il rapporto tra organizzazione sanitaria e Comuni è sempre stato complesso. L’evoluzione dei concetti di salute e di città favorisce però un ripensamento degli assetti raggiunti. E le Case della Comunità, previste dal PNRR, spingono verso una piena integrazione tra servizi sociali e prestazioni sanitarie. Esse offrono l’occasione per ripensare il ruolo dei Comuni nell’organizzazione sanitaria.

Relationships between health organization and municipalities have always been complex. The evolution of the concepts of health and the city, however, induces to rethink the consolidated organization. And the «Case della Comunità», foreseen by the PNRR, push towards a full integration between social services and health care. They offer an opportunity to rethink the role of municipalities in the health organization.
