Il saggio esplora la tematica dell’ingiusto profitto quale evento finale, unitamente al danno patrimoniale, del delitto di estorsione, chiarendo in cosa consista effettivamente il requisito dell’ingiustizia e cosa debba intendersi per profitto in senso economico, mirando a definire tali concetti in maniera unitaria e coerente per l’intera area dei reati contro il patrimonio.

This work explores the issue of wrongful profit as the final outcome, in addition to financial loss, of the crime of extorsion. It clarifies exactly what is needed for economic profit to be defined as wrongful, and what profit in the economic sense should mean. This will help to define these concepts in an unequivocal and consistent way for the entire range of crimes against property.
