Il presente contributo si propone di analizzare la normativa italiana sul fenomeno migratorio, dai principi contenuti in Costituzione e dalla normativa internazionale in materia alla riforma dei Decreti sicurezza, giunta dopo numerosi annunci e rinvii. L’attenzione verrà posta sugli interventi in materia della Corte costituzionale, in particolare con la recente sentenza n. 186 del 2020.

This article aims to analyze the Italian legislation on the migratory phenomenon, from the principles contained in the Constitution and in the international legislation on the subject to the reform of the Security decrees, which came after numerous announcements and postponements. The focus will be on the interventions on the matter by the Constitutional Court, with particular reference to the recent sentence no. 186 of 2020.
