Il contributo esamina i riferimenti che caratterizzano il diritto all’autodeterminazione individuale nell’ordinamento costituzionale federale ed in quello dei Länder tedeschi, nonché la sua specificazione nella giurisprudenza del Tribunale costituzionale federale di Karlsruhe.

The paper examines the references that characterize the right to individual self-determination in the federal constitutional order and in the German Länder, as well as its specification in the jurisprudence of the Federal Constitutional Court of Karlsruhe.
